Tarrant County Back to School Roundup
Description
The Back to School Roundup is a one-stop shop to prepare the whole family for the first day of school. Free school supplies are available for pre-registered students in pre-K through 12th grade who meet specific eligibility requirements. Additionally, health, dental and vision screenings, immunizations, haircuts, and information on education, health and social services will be available. Students who are Pre-K through 5th grade will receive a free backpack.
The Roundup will be held in the Amon Carter Exhibits Hall of the Will Roger’s Memorial Center from 8 a.m. through 2 p.m. Parking is $10 at the Memorial Center or free parking is available at Farrington Field.
Only eligible, pre-registered Tarrant County families will be admitted - no walk-ups on the day of the event will be allowed. Participants must be public school students ages 4-18 who reside in Tarrant County and meet the 2017 Federal Poverty Income guidelines.
