RSVP FOR MEETING  |  DUAL ENROLLMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN CISD
 
Crowley ISD is proud to announce six partnerships with four institutions of higher education: Tarrant County College, The University of Texas at Austin, The University of Texas at Tyler and The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. 

Parents and students can learn more about these exciting opportunities at an informational meeting on Jan. 31 at the Bill R. Johnson Career and Technology Education (CTE) Center. The event will have breakout sessions on each program, starting at 6 p.m. There will also be a session on how to interpret your child’s PSAT score and how to help the student improve their PSAT and ultimately the SAT score. 
  • Crowley Collegiate Academy (TCC): This program of choice allows students to earn an Associate’s degree during their high school years.
  • Tarrant County College (TCC) Dual Credit: This program is for students in grades 10-12 and offers the students the opportunity to earn 12 credits per academic year and 3 additional credits each summer.
  • UT OnRamps: This program currently allows students to earn college credit in English, Physics, and  Pre-Calculus.  The program will expand to include US History in 2017-2018. 
  • UT Engineer Your World Program: Allows students in the Crowley ISD Engineering Program to earn college credit while taking their capstone course. 
  • UT Tyler Pre-Engineering Dual Credit Program: This program is for first year students in Project Lead Way. 
  • UT Permian Basin: This program allows students to earn college credit in an online format.
