Executive Director of Non-Instructional Services 

Randy Reaves oversees non-instructional services such as maintenance, transportation, child nutrition, custodial, facility usage and facility development. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business, as well as a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in project management from Dallas Baptist University. He is a state licensed electrician and has worked in Crowley ISD since 1996.

Reaves is happily married to his wife Pam and they have two sons, Eric and Keith. Both sons are proud graduates of Crowley High School. The Reaves family also includes a grandson named Jacob, who is the son of Eric, a Shih Tzu and an English Mastiff. His hobbies are fishing, golfing, gardening and going to Dallas Stars games.
